Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 314 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner and co-accused Rajan Sahani. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.10.2017. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.740 of 2018 (3) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 connection with Govindganj (Areraj) Police Station Case No. 269 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
