Petitioner is an accused in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 366(A) /34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she performed marriage with the petitioner in her own sweet will. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the victim girl is a major, let the petitioner,
