====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 arising out of Case No. N.C.B./PZU/V/39 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 20, 23 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits petitioner have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 7.8.2018 as such they deserve bail.

Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, Sr. C.G.C. appearing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22392 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 on behalf of the opposite party submits that he may be granted time to file rejoinder affidavit.

Considering the quantify of Ganja recovered in instant case, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
