This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.03.2021 passed in CWJC No. 72903 of 2019 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 with the following observations :
"It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is also accused in different criminal cases and has not surrendered himself to face the trial. However, that matter is not before this Court, so this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of that case but, it is expected that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23630 of 2021(3) dt.12-04-2021 2/2 Police must ensure the implementation of law equally and whoever is violating the law, should be brought behind the bar.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Director General of Police, Bihar, for its compliance".
Counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no criminal history over her head, so this observation does not apply.
As this observation is innocuous observation and there is no observation adverse to the interest of the petitioner, in such circumstances, there is no need to modify the order dated 09.03.2021.
With this observations, this petition stands disposed of.
