The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 328 /447 /338 /302 /504 /506 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.972 of 2016.

According to FIR, the petitioner hurled bomb causing death of the father of the informant. Other witnesses have also supported the aforesaid allegation before the police. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2017.

Earlier the prayer for bail was refused by order dated 27.03.2018.

The report of the learned trial Judge as well as information from learned counsel for the petitioner is that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20470 of 2019(5) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 trial is going on and is proceeding on day-to-day basis. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months.
