The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One country-made pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner when the petitioner was on the railway platform. The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2018. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

(Rail) Mokama (Hathidah) P.S. (b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
