The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No 176 of 0217of registered for offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have jumped out of the tractor on seeing the police party. The tractor is said to be stolen property. He further submits that the petitioner has never claimed to be the owner of the tractor in question and the allegation against him is totally false and fabricated.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63758 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dihri, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No176 of 2017 subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
