JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section47(A) of the Excise Act. Ten bottles beer of 65 ml. each and 6 bottles of countrymade liquor of 400 ml. each are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 18-04-2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 160 C3 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
