Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Although petitioner and others are said to have assembled for making preparation to commit dacoity and the petitioner and three others were caught while they were fleeing from the place of occurrence but only four mobile sets are said to have been recovered from possession of petitioner as well as apprehended accused.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
