The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The police has caught one person and from his possession recovered eight bottles of Royal Stags Whiskey each containing 750 ml. and four bottles of Imperial Blue Fermest Graim Whiskey each containing 750 ml. Petitioner is in custody since 10.5.2016.

Looking to the quantity of liquor, let petitioner, Rakesh Kumar Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
