2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance has been redressed and, therefore, prays that the writ application may accordingly be disposed of.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 submits that he has certain grievances over the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan for which he seeks liberty to file a writ application.

4. As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of on the statement made by him that his grievance has already been redressed.
5. Respondent no. 4, if he is aggrieved by the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan is at liberty to take appropriate steps for redressal of his grievances.
