2. Sole respondent, wife of Late Ram Pratap Mahto died issueless during the pendency of this appeal. Appellant is the other wife of Late Ram Pratap Mahto whose marriage with Late Ram Pratap Mahto was dissolved under the impugned order.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that after the death of the other wife, the appellant who is the only surviving wife of Late Ram Pratap Mahto becomes his legally wedded wife though on the date of this declaration Ram Pratap

Patna High Court MA No.505 of 2012 dt.15-05-2015 2/2 Mahto had already left for his heavenly abode and with this observation, the appeal is disposed of.
