The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. to the petitioner since due date and further direction to respondent to pay arrears of salary of the period from 07.01.2009 to 31.01.2009 and from 01.02.2009 to 09.02.2009. "

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I direct the Secretary, Registration, Excisecum-Drug Control Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of benefits of A.C.P./

Patna High Court CWJC No.10731 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 M.A.C.P. Scheme and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
