Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant's motorcycle was robbed by the three unknown miscreants who were boarded on motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No. T.I Parade

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19786 of 2022(3) dt.29-07-2022 2/2 was conducted. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of co-accused person Sonu Kumar, Raja Kumar and Nandan Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also accused in two other criminal cases as stated at para 3 of the bail petition which were lodged after this case. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition for the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Manjhaul, District-Begusarai, in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
