2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 504, 506/34, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 8. 12, 14, 15 of POCSO Act and Section 66E, 67 I.T. Act

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other co-accused tried to commit rape upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Exclusive Special Court POCSO Act/concerned Court below in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 732 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
