Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Only two live cartridges without any firearm are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.1.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
