JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 26-11-2019 The present application has been filed with following relief:- "That this is an application praying for initiation of appropriate contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate disobedience of the direction and order dated 30.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1879 of 2018 by Hon'ble Division Bench comprising Hon'ble Mr. Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kumar, whereby the Hon'ble Court has disposed the writ petition directing the Development Commissioner to look into grievance of the petitioner and decide the same within six months from the date of presentation along with a copy of the order."

Patna High Court MJC No.1007 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, at this time, we do not find the action of the respondents to be contemptuous.

However, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for initiation of appropriate action in accordance with law.
