This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to the F.I.R., firing of this petitioner caused injury on the hand of the informant. However, the doctor has not found any injury on the hand. The allegation of firing on the chest of the informant is attributed against other co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
