The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.331 of 2007, a case under Section 304B/120B/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The dead-body was disposed of without information to the police or to the parents of the victim. The death was caused within seven years of marriage. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and material against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4528 of 2018 (4) dt.16-03-2018 P2/ bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months because trial of the arrested accused have already concluded earlier, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial judge itself.
