ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 13.03.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 49869 of 2013 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedent. Since the petitioner is accused in another case such an affidavit could not be filed.

Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below which shall consider the fact that the petitioner was found fit to be released on anticipatory on merits by this Court and pass appropriate orders.
