One bottle containing 750 ml. Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.4.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Bhagalpur Railway (G.R.P.S.)
