This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 385, 364, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2016. It appears that having similar allegation, Murari Tiwari @ Krishna Murari Tiwari has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32299/2016, considering the merit of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
