The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Kadirganj P. S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to be the grandfather of one Mamta Kumari. The informant who happens to be the mother of said Mamta Kumari had solemnized second marriage. According to her, said Mamta Kumari was daughter from her first marriage and she along with another child borne from the first wedlock were living with their father's family. The allegation is that when Mamta Kumari solemnized marriage on her own will, she was kidnapped and then was killed. It is a case

Considering the facts and circumstances wherein this petitioner is said to be the grandfather of Mamta Kumari and the informant is said to have solemnized second marriage and it is submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence, let the petitioner Naresh Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Patna in S. Tr. No. 31(A) of 2018 arising out of Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
