The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 13.05.2019, this petitioner, who was driver of the truck of informant, is alleged to have handed over the truck to his friend Jitendra Yadav and on 18.05.2019, Jitendra Yadav came at Jhajha Bust stand after unloading the truck and on 20.05.2019 at about 2 PM, petitioner informed the informant regarding missing of his truck. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner handed over the truck to another driver namely Jitendra Yadav on the instruction of informant and as such, he is nowhere involved in the missing of truck of informant.
