JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2023 The petitioner, by way of this writ petition, assails the order passed by the Collector, Sitamarhi whereby he had alleged that the application form of the respondent contains forged signature.

2. Learned counsel submits that the form ought to have been examined by the FSL.

3. I have considered the submissions. This Court in writ jurisdiction does not seat in appeal to the orders passed by the Collector. The Collector as per his order dated 19.12.2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.5065 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 has satisfied himself after considering the evidence that the application moved by the petitioner was frivolous and without any basis. The signature was found to be correct.

4. In view thereto, no interference is warranted. As such, the writ petition stands dismissed.
