Petitioner apprehend his arrest in Tarari PS Case No. 157 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 10 litre of illicit liquor from the Tempo of which petitioner is the registered owner, as such, present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
