Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping and his name transpired in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. made by the victim.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than a year and uptil now no substantive progress has been made in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and at the same time, S.P., Khagaria, is also directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19595 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 produce the witnesses in the trial Court so as to trial may be concluded expeditiously.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
