02-05-2017 The present Letters Patent Appeal, as filed against the order dated 13.08.2014, passed by learned Single Judge under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is not maintainable. In this regard reference may be made in the case of Jogendrasinhji Vijaysinghji Vs. State of Gujarat and others since reported in (2015) 9 SCC 1 = 2015 (3) PLJR 453 (SC).
Accordingly, this Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
