JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than a year.

Perused the report received from Addl. Distt. & Sessions Judge-Ist, Samastipur. It appears that the case is likely to be disposed of within a period of six months.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3009 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 learned trial Court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that all the parties shall cooperate in disposal of the trial, failing which appropriate steps be taken by the learned trial Court.
