Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2017, registered under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.
The allegation in brief is that in place of this petitioner another person, impersonating him, appeared in the written examination for appointment to the post of Constable. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order, dated 31.01.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3758 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 2749 of 2018, and the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur) P.S.
