The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 18.5.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi, in Maintenance Case No. 53 of 2010.

The Petitioner seeks revision on the ground that he is ready for one time settlement but the wife is not ready for the same. In view of such, I see no merits in the application. The application stands dismissed.
