The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 324, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons came at the door of the informant, abused, assaulted and dragged the informant by catching her hair and caused injury to her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32817 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that no injury was caused to the informant. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no. 9 of the petition. Petitioner no. 1 lodged Tariyani P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 when the petitioners' side were earlier assaulted by the husband of the present informant and thereafter, the present FIR has been lodged on 16.05.2015.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
