This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 22.06.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.18873 of 2016, whereunder the petitioner has been granted bail, with regard to the name of the court concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to wrong mentioning of the name of the court concerned in the prayer portion of Criminal Misc. No. 18873 of 2016 as "S.D.J.M., Pupri, Samastipur", the same has been typed in the order dated 22.06.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.18873 of 2016, which should have been as "S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi". In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 22.06.2016 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26940 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Misc. No.18873 of 2016, the name of the court concerned be read as "S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi", in place of "S.D.J.M., Pupri, Samastipur".

With the aforesaid modification, this application is allowed.
