The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,341,323,326,307,379,504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the petitioners and others. Specific allegation of firing is against co-accused-Anil Rai and allegation of commission of theft is against co-accused. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.18072 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 387 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
