JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to take the premises of the petitioner bearing Holding No. 1414/838, situated at Ward No. 17, Malviya Road in Malviya Nagar, Siwan for the purposes of running of the office and dispensary of District Indigenous Medicine Officer, Siwan as the same was selected by the then District Indigenous Medicine Officer but his successor has arbitrarily and illegally rejected the premises of the petitioner.
(ii). For necessary direction upon the respondents to pay the rent of the premises of the petitioner since April, 2019 as the petitioner kept her premises vacant and did not rent it out to anybody else under expectation that the respondents would take it on rent."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
