The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15470 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15470 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the Victim Compensation Fund. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35809 of 2021(3) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the Victim Compensation Fund. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15470 of 2019.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
