The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 328, 307 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Manohar Singh and Sony Kumari alias Sony Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
