The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Moro P.S.Case No. 18 of 2017, registered under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After re-investigation the police did not find case true under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Sections 306/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Ranjit Sahni, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
