2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , 42 liters country made liquor was recovered from an open place .
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and he is no way connected with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the facts of the case and circumstances of the case , this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Judge Cum special Judge Excise - I Purnea in connection with Champanagar P. S. Case No. 97 of 2024 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
