====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 10.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 59590 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 13.12.2021 itself but the said fact could not be brought to the notice of the Court when the matter was taken-up.

Since the charges have been framed on 13.12.2021 itself, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26026 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Session Trial No. 282 of 2021 arising out of Kasba P.S. Case No. 138 of 2017, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
