2. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner on Class-IV post in the Deptt. of Posts as petitioner has done continuous service of 443 days in the deptt. of posts with all consequential benefits and any other appropriate writ, order, direction save and except in accordance with law.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with

Patna High Court CWJC No.5416 of 2025(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 liberty to move before the concerned Labour Court in the light of appropriate labour laws.

4. As such, this writ petition stands disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
