2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366-A of the IPC, 8/12 of POCSO Act and 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s) of SC/ST Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, with an intention to marry her. Further, when the informant went to the petitioner's house to inquire about the matter, the family members of the petitioner abused him by calling his caste name.

In her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has stated that she had love and affection with the petitioner and the victim has also refused for medical examination.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Seventh Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Judge-POCSO, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
