2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the District Agriculture Officer, Samastipur has already sent the sanction letter to the Accountant General (Bihar) for fixation of family pension and gratuity.

3. Considering the specific statement made on behalf of the District Agriculture Officer, Samastipur, the Accountant General (Bihar) is directed to forthwith direct the concerned Officer having jurisdiction, to prepare authority slip and send it to the Treasury Officer, Samastipur within a period of two

Patna High Court CWJC No.4997 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 weeks from the date of this order. The Treasury Officer, Samastipur must ensure that the family pension and other dues are credited into the bank account of the petitioner within 2-3 days of sending the authority slip. In case the authorities do not comply the order of this Court in the manner as prescribed in the order, this Court will take appropriate legal action against them.

4. The District Agriculture Officer, Samastipur must ensure to inform the petitioner, who is a poor lady on telephone today itself forthwith without waiting for pronouncement of the order.

5. With above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
