Petitioner is accused in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 47A of the Bihar Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 12 liters of raw sprit in a Gallon from the house of the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 07.04.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29049 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.98 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
