Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. By order dated 09.02.2021, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court with a direction to the lower court to verify of his criminal antecedent.

In paragraph-4 of the modification petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has four criminal antecedent which is not mentioned in Cr.Misc. No.39747 of 2020.

Considering this fact, the petitioner has suppressed
