JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard Dr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Murlidhar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, who are in custody in Tatarpur P.S. Case no.39/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 47, 51, 52 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been arrested on false accusation showing recovery of 18 bottles of wine from the house of the petitioners.

Keeping in view nature of accusation, let three petitioners, namely, (i) Balbant Rai (ii)Yasbant Rai (iii) Jasbant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
