The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 383 of 2017 dated 05.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. A truck belonging to the informant was stolen. During the course of investigation, the truck was recovered. The petitioner has been arrested in this case on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has neither been arrested with the truck or has been found to be in possession of any other incriminating material. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Case No. 383 of 2017.
