Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 374 of 2008, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 780 of 2010, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is an accused in Danapur P.S.Case No. 374 of 2008 and it appears that after full-fledged trial he was convicted under Section 394 IPC, against which an appeal was preferred by the petitioner which was allowed and the matter was remitted back for retrial and as such the trial is going on. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier he was on bail and now he is in custody for three months. Heard learned APP also.

No.55050 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II, Danapur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 780 of 2010, arising out of Danapur P.S.Case No. 374 of 2008, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
