This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant alleged that four persons, including some unknown, have murdered his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 10.04.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners and there is no allegation of tampering of the witness alleged against the petitioners. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. The general and omni bus allegation has been made. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. It has also been submitted that other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 43807 of 2015. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the First Information Report on the basis

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihpur P.S.
