2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , it is alleged that on 16.04.2024 , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted informant and her brother-in -law .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to dispute over pathway , an altercation took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23935 of 2025(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 case . The present case is counter blast of Murliganj P S Case No. 169 of 2024 which was lodged by petitioners against informant and others. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of petitioners and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
